Job summary

iNube solutions in Mumbai is seeking a software support engineer with 1–3 years of IT experience to monitor tickets and deliver solutions within SLA. You will coordinate with users, business and vendors to resolve issues and maintain a track record of activities. Knowledge of business/insurance domains is a plus.

The role requires strong SQL Server skills, ASP.NET MVC and C# proficiency, and effective communication. Work mode is office-based at Mumbai Airoli.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/BSc with 1–3 years IT experience.
• Strong SQL Server (2014+) with Triggers, Views and Stored Procedures.
• Proficient in ASP.NET MVC and C# development.
