Job summary

Theron Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to provide production support and administration for OpenShift and IBM integration technologies. The role focuses on maintaining a highly available production environment and enhancing operational efficiency.

The candidate will work with IBM APIC, ACE, and DataPower in a production setting, ensuring incident resolution, performance tuning, and adherence to security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Certification required: OpenShift DO180 or IBM CP4I.
• Hands-on production support/administration experience with the IBM integration stack.
• Experience with OpenShift administration and IBM integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and administration for OpenShift and IBM integration tools.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Coordinate with teams and clients to maintain production stability.
