Job summary

Valtech in Bengaluru is seeking an L2 Support professional to drive experience innovation and resolve complex customer issues. With 4+ years of experience, you’ll thrive in a growth-minded, collaborative environment.

You will work across ITIL incident management, e-commerce workflows, and monitoring tools, delivering timely resolutions while maintaining SLAs. This full-time role offers hybrid work options and opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SFB2C, Order Management and ITIL incidents.
• Understanding end-to-end e-commerce workflows.
• Hands-on experience with support tools: Service Now, Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch, Mulesoft.
• Monitoring SFTP batch jobs and system alerts.

Responsibilities

• Provides functional support and resolves day-to-day issues.
• Handling day-to-day support activities (ticket management, monitoring, reporting, recoveries).
• Maintaining SLAs with proper prioritization of tickets and quality of resolution.
