Job summary

Vrinda International invites an experienced L2 Network Security & Wireless Engineer to support enterprise customers in a Managed Services setup. You will handle network, security, and wireless operations, incident management, and SLA-driven delivery from on-site locations in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities include L2 support for enterprise infrastructure, troubleshooting of routing, switching, WAN/LAN/SD-WAN, firewall/VPN configurations, wireless surveys, and on-call maintenance to uphold service

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in network security engineering.
• Proven expertise in Cisco routing and switching.
• Experience with wireless security, authentication, and RF troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, WAN, LAN and SD-WAN issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs and security policies.
• Analyze firewall logs and security incidents.
• Coordinate with ISPs and OEM/TAC teams.
• Handle incidents, changes and problem management.
• Maintain SLA, documentation, runbooks and reports.
• Participate in on-call and planned maintenance activities.
