Zanskar Securities Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent KYC Verification Trainee to support our KYC & Client Onboarding team.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will verify client information and documents, ensure accuracy, and help maintain compliant onboarding processes in a fast-paced trading environment. This entry-level role offers exposure to KYC/AML regulations and brokerage operations, with opportunities to grow in Compliance and Operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate with good academic record.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Verify KYC documents and client information submitted during account opening.
• Identify missing, incorrect or mismatched information and coordinate for resolution.
• Perform basic KYC verification and validation checks as per defined processes.
• Update verification status, remarks and client records in internal systems.
• Track pending cases and ensure completion within defined TATs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for exception and rejected cases.
• Assist with KYC updates, re-verification and audit-related activities.

About the Role

We are looking for a KYC Verification Trainee to support our KYC & Client Onboarding team. The role involves verifying client information and documents, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate and timely completion of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify KYC documents and client information submitted during account opening.
