Job summary

Market Hub is seeking a detail-oriented KYC Executive in Surat, India to manage end-to-end client onboarding and KYC compliance for broking/depository operations. The role requires IPV experience, regulatory documentation familiarity, and high-volume data handling.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting, with strong communication and coordination skills to work with compliance and back-office teams. Commerce/Finance background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end KYC onboarding and client verification.
• Working knowledge of SEBI/NSE/BSE/MCX compliance norms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to handle high-volume documentation with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage online and offline KYC processes including document verification and client master entry.
• Perform In-Person Verification (IPV), penny drop checks, annual income updates, and depository details entry.
• Handle UCC (Unique Client Code) operations: verification, batch export, and exchange response updates.
• Process account modifications, re-KYC, and dormant/reactivation cases.
• Ensure strict compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and MCX regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and update daily MIS.
• Coordinate with compliance and back-office teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage online and offline KYC processes, including document verification and client master entry
• Perform IPV (In-Person Verification), penny drop checks, annual income updates, and depository details entry
• Handle UCC (Unique Client Code) operations: verification, batch export, and exchange response updates
• Process account modifications, re-KYC, and dormant/reactivation cases
• Ensure strict compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and MCX regulations
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and update daily MIS

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• Prior experience in KYC/onboarding within a broking, depository, or financial services firm preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume documentation.
