Job summary

People Prime Worldwide in Hyderabad is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to design and operate scalable cloud-native platforms.

You will work across Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling (ArgoCD/Flux) on Azure/AWS, focusing on robustness, security, and automation in a distributed systems environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/self-managed).
• Familiarity with Istio service mesh, Docker, Terraform, and multi-cloud IaC.

Role & responsibilities

8+ years of DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Kubernetes (AKS / EKS / selfmanaged clusters)
• Istio service mesh
• Docker containerization
• Terraform (multi-cloud IaC)
• Azure & AWS cloud services
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and distributed systems.
• Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) is a strong plus.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices.
