Job summary

KPMG in India is seeking Chartered Accountants for Financial Reporting & Accounting Advisory. The role requires strong accounting expertise across Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP, with exposure to regulatory compliance and listing-related reporting. You will handle end-to-end advisory projects and client interactions.

CA qualification with 5 years PQE is preferred. Knowledge of SAP/Oracle and IT systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with hands-on experience in Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience in financial reporting advisory projects and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations and listing requirements.
• Experience in M&A accounting or group restructurings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting and accounting advisory projects.
• Provide guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Support GAAP conversion projects and resolve accounting queries.
• Provide financial reporting support to clients for regulatory compliance and listings.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.

KPMG is looking for skilled professionals with strong accounting and financial reporting expertise to support clients in advisory engagements, technical accounting matters, and financial reporting requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in Indian GAAP

• Strong understanding of finance functions and financial reporting processes
