• Track record on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience engaging with frontline or customer-facing teams to derive business insights.
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, engineering, or management.
• Experience in retail distribution or network strategy is a distinct advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis: Mine complex financial and business datasets to surface trends, inefficiencies, and performance gaps across the Consumer Bank.
• Ground-Level Intelligence: Engage directly with frontline sales teams, business units, and customers to capture on-the-ground realities and translate them into strategic inputs for leadership. Bridge boardroom strategy with field-level execution.
• Actionable Recommendations: Develop insight-driven recommendations on efficiency, cost optimisation, and return on resources.
• Decision Frameworks: Build structured problem statements and analytics models that enable leadership to evaluate trade-offs and prioritise with clarity.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Lead high-impact workstreams spanning budgeting, network strategy, cost transformation, and performance management.
