Learning Experiences Coordinator Responsibilities
- Using our approved materials, deliver impactful learning experiences for new and existing Zelis associates in our Payments business unit.
- Collaborate on associate training activities including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and revision of department training programs to address learning needs.
- Support and enhance an engaged and impactful associate learning community for both orientation related learning and continuing education.
- Serve as an individual contributor on the Payments Learning team.
Knowledge Management Steward Responsibilities
- Support domain knowledge health across the Knowledge Management System (accuracy, relevance, lifecycle integrity).
- Define what knowledge must exist versus optional, using informatics and stakeholder feedback.
- Execute established KM governance standards.
- Manage intake, triage, and routing for knowledge-related requests.
- Drive timely SME review through lifecycle checkpoints and nudges for action (review, update, archive).
- Monitor and report on domain knowledge health.
- Escalate risks, gaps, and content conflicts to appropriate leadership.
- Own coordination of SME input for content updates, validation, and final approval.
- Partner with Product, Service Operations, Learning, and other stakeholders to align knowledge with workflows and operating models.
- Ensure initiative-driven changes are reflected accurately and timely within the Knowledge Management System.
- Identify obsolete, duplicate, or conflicting content and drive resolution.
- Recommend improvement opportunities in structure, taxonomy, or governance.
- Maintain Steward dashboard tracking for domain knowledge health, monitor usage, engagement, and feedback trends, and report insights in governance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Organizational Development, Information Management, or related field strongly preferred.
- Highly organized and proactive self-starter with 4-5 years in knowledge management, operations enablement, product operations, governance, or related domain.
- Change Management certifications (Prosci, ACMP, CCMP) with experience in use highly valued.
- Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above) with experience in use highly valued.
- Experience in Learning & Development (designing, developing, and facilitating process-related training) highly valued.
- Intermediate Office 365 application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms) required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and translating insight into action required.
- Strong cross‑functional stakeholder management required.

- Ability to be a driver and change agent to support our growing organization.
