Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prep ingredients (chop, marinate, portion) as per menu requirements; Follow standard recipes and maintain taste consistency; Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen tools safely


• Packaging & Order Fulfilment: Pack meals neatly and correctly, ensuring quality and accuracy; Maintain temperature control and presentation before dispatch; Double-check orders before handing over to delivery partners


• Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance: Clean and sanitize workstations regularly; Follow food safety rules (FIFO, labelling, storage); Support inventory checks and organize stock

Requirements
