Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop new textile prints, motifs, patterns, and colour combinations.
• Create seamless/repeat patterns suitable for textile printing.
• Prepare and modify designs using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Develop colourways and design variations as per customer requirements.
• Adapt designs according to different fabric types, construction, and printing techniques.
• Prepare artwork and production-ready files for sampling and bulk production.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising, Sampling, Production, Printing, and Quality teams.
• Review strike-offs/samples and make necessary design corrections.
• Research current textile, fashion, colour, and print trends.
• Maintain design libraries, artwork files, colour references, and customer-wise records.
• Ensure designs are technically feasible and meet customer specifications.
• Support development of new and innovative textile designs.
