Job summary

Rupa is seeking an experienced Senior Garment Designer to create original mens innerwear designs, develop concepts, and coordinate with design and production teams. You will stay ahead of trends, explore fabrics, and ensure functional, aesthetic outcomes while managing samples and timelines.

The role requires strong proficiency in knitswear design, textile software, and graphic design tools, with a focus on sustainability and material innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years experience in Garment/ Apparel Industry (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of knitswear garment design for Men's innerwear.
• Proficiency in Designing software Photoshop & CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of Graphic Designing.
• Proficiency in textile design software.
• Knowledge of various fabrics and material properties.
• Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.
