Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Direct Sales, CASA, Loans, or Financial Products
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Local market knowledge preferred
