The role requires strong financial services knowledge, excellent English communication, and proven experience managing enterprise clients. The Account Manager will ensure successful product adoption, client satisfaction, and scalable business impact across multiple modules and deployments.

- Drive phased rollout strategies that accelerate time‑to‑value, prioritizing modules based on client business priorities
- Work cross‑functionally with CogniCor’s Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate client feedback into product improvements
- Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of CogniCor's Products, integrations (CRM, custodian platforms, Salesforce), and upcoming product releases
Growth & Retention
- Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., expanding module coverage, increasing seat count, adding new advisor teams)

- Articulate how CogniCor’s Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, Knowledge Graphs) solve real financial advisory challenges—without requiring technical jargon
- Help clients navigate AI literacy challenges within their organizations; position CogniCor as a change management partner, not just a software vendor
- Stay current on regulatory changes, wealth management trends, and competitive dynamics in the AI‑for‑finance space
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership
- Produce high‑quality written communication including account status summaries, escalation briefs, and executive presentations
