Job summary

Freudenberg Gala Household Product Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Key Account Manager - E Commerce to drive online sales and packaging strategies for Gala’s household products in Mumbai.

You will coordinate with the Digital Account Manager to plan promotions, build strong retailer relationships, and expand Gala’s online presence across major platforms. The role requires a strong background in FMCG/electronics sales, with hands-on online sales experience and a proven ability to negotiate terms of trade

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience within FMCG or Electronics.
• At least 2 years online sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan strategies and action plans to achieve primary targets with DAM alignment.
• Share monthly promotions to drive off-take within budget and profit goals.
• Build relationships with Amazon and other top customers; define assortments and go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare and present JBP to key customers; conduct quarterly reviews.
• Explore new online channels and ensure Gala presence on all online platforms.

Key Account Manager- E Commerce

Responsibilities

• Planning Strategies & action plan to achieve overall Primary Targets in co-ordination with Digital Account Manager (DAM) to ensure offtake plans & buying plans are in Sync. Negotiating & Closing Terms of trade with customers
• Responsible for planning & sharing Monthly Promotions with trade in such a way that same will drive offtakes, at the same time needs to ensure that offers planned are within overall budget provided & hence driving profitable growth.
• Build a deep relationship with Amazon & other top customers’ understanding and define assortments, Go to Market strategies for different formats.
• Preparing & Presenting JBP to key customers in sync with DAM, seeking their acceptance & doing quarterly review with them.
• Exploring new online channels/customers & ensuring presence of Gala at all online players.

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree
• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience within a FMCG or Electronics environment, with minimum of 2 years Online Sales and or Marketing experience.
