Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking a Growth Manager for Supply Chain Finance to expand our SCF portfolio in the Delhi region. You will acquire new corporate anchors, distributors, dealers, and SME clients while building lasting partnerships.

The role requires coordinating with credit, operations and risk teams for smooth onboarding and faster disbursements, monitoring portfolio performance, and driving revenue through targeted cross-sell opportunities and channel development.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth for Supply Chain Finance products across the assigned geography.
• Acquire new corporate anchors, distributors, dealers, and SME clients to build a strong SCF portfolio.
• Manage relationships with existing customers and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth onboarding and faster disbursements.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, and delinquency levels to ensure healthy asset performance.
• Develop and execute market coverage plans to achieve business, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Build and manage channel partners, DSAs, and referral networks to generate quality business leads.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements across all transactions.
