Skyram Technologies Pvt Ltd in Kolkata is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to balance client relationship management with hands-on content creation. You will manage client communication, invoicing, and documentation, and also appear on camera to produce short-form video content such as Reels and Shorts.

The role requires 1–2 years of client servicing or account management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

• 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management or similar client-facing role.
• Confident on camera with strong screen presence and engaging delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Invoicing/billing coordination experience is a plus.
• Awareness of current social media trends, especially Gen Z-focused content.

Responsabilidades

• Primary point of contact for assigned client accounts — day-to-day communication and coordination between client and internal team.
• Manage invoicing, billing follow-ups, and documentation for client accounts.
• Create and appear in short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) with strong on-camera presence.
• Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts aligned with client briefs and trends.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Bring energy and a proactive attitude to client meetings and content shoots.
