Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in Mumbai seeks an experienced Key Account Leader – Customer Service to oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customer equipment and systems. You will determine task priorities and support clients both remotely and onsite, ensuring high service standards.

Experience in Radiation Oncology systems and strong IT skills with DICOM/PACS/HIS/RIS familiarity are required; AERB certification would be a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field experience in installation and commissioning of capital medical equipment.
• Knowledge for Radiation Oncology systems.
• AERB certification is a value-add for this role.

Responsibilities

• Completes broad scope of technical tasks including installation, commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customer equipment and systems.
• Determines task priorities and schedules actions accordingly, both on-site and remotely.
• Supports customers remotely and on-site, providing 2nd and 3rd level user support as needed.
• Contributes to maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, and data repositories.
