Job summary

Sigosoft (P) Ltd in India is seeking a Software Quality Assurance and Technical Support associate. You will perform manual testing across Android, iOS, Web, and Admin Panel apps, create test cases, report bugs with clear steps, and assist in releases.

You will handle client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone, and ticketing systems, provide first-level troubleshooting, escalate as needed, and document resolutions. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English communication is required.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, Postman, or bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus.
