Job summary

Sigosoft ® (P) Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to perform manual testing across Android, iOS, Web, and Admin Panel applications, and to prepare and execute test cases per project requirements.

You will identify and document bugs with clear reproduction steps, verify fixes, and perform regression testing before releases. The role includes checking UI/UX across devices and assisting in deployment and training.

Job Responsibilities

Software Testing

• Perform manual testing of Android, iOS, Web, and Admin Panel applications.

Customer & Technical Support

• Handle client support requests via email, WhatsApp, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Understand customer issues and provide first-level troubleshooting.
• Escalate technical issues to the development team when required.
• Follow up with clients until issues are resolved.
• Maintain proper documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
• Assist in software deployment, user onboarding, and basic training sessions.

Documentation

• Prepare bug reports and testing documents.
• Maintain release notes and issue logs.
• Create simple user guides and FAQs when required.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
• Good knowledge of Android apps, websites, and web applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both clients and developers.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, BSc Computer Science, MCA, or related field.
• Freshers with strong interest in Software Testing are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or academic project experience in software testing is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, Postman, or bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus.
