About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic System Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and Technical Support.

As a cloud-first organization, our infrastructure and applications are primarily hosted on cloud platforms. The role will involve supporting internal IT operations, user management, device administration, security best practices, and troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Configure and maintain laptops, workstations, and company devices.
• Assist in managing cloud-based applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
• Troubleshoot operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support implementation of security policies, backups, and access controls.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and patch management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
