A Nordic-based ERP Partner is seeking a Junior Signavio Consultant to support clients in optimizing business processes using SAP Signavio. This remote role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in business process management. Qualifications

Role Overview

As a Junior Signavio Consultant, you’ll be part of our growing Process Intelligence team, supporting clients in understanding, modeling, and optimizing their business processes using SAP Signavio Suite. You will work closely with senior consultants, process owners, and ERP leads to help organizations achieve process excellence and readiness for Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in process discovery, documentation, and modeling using SAP Signavio tools (Process Manager, Process Insights, Collaboration Hub).

• Support in gathering and analyzing process data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.

• Participate in process mapping workshops with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

• Collaborate with senior consultants to prepare process landscapes and value chain models aligned with enterprise architecture.

• Help implement best practices in process governance and continuous improvement frameworks.

• Contribute to Signavio system configuration, user enablement, and content management.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for project reviews and governance boards.

• Stay updated on SAP Signavio innovations, integration with S/4HANA, and Business Process Transformation methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or related fields.

• 1- 3 years of experience in business process management (BPM), process analysis, or ERP transformation projects.

• Hands-on exposure to SAP Signavio Process Manager / Process Insights is a strong advantage.

• Understanding of end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).

• Strong analytical mindset with good data interpretation and visualization skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for learning and growing in the Process Intelligence domain.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• 1 -2 Years on hand experience on Signavio Tool

• Familiarity with LeanIX, SAP Solution Manager, or ARIS.

• Basic understanding of S/4HANA transformation journeys.

• Exposure to process mining, KPIs, and automation tools (RPA).

• Certification in SAP Signavio (advantageous).
