Job summary

SkillsCapital is seeking an SAP MM Consultant to join our implementation team in Delhi. The role involves understanding procurement and inventory requirements, configuring SAP MM, and supporting testing, go-live, and stabilization across projects.

The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of hands-on SAP MM experience, with strong P2P knowledge and MM-FI integration. Preference for SAP S/4HANA exposure and international project experience.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for an SAP MM Consultant with hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects . The consultant will work with business and project teams to understand requirements, configure SAP MM, support testing, and contribute through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements related to procurement and inventory management.


• Participate in As-Is / To-Be discussions and translate requirements into SAP MM solutions.


• Configure SAP MM for relevant procurement and inventory processes.


• Work on core processes such as:

  • Goods Receipt
  
  
  • Invoice Verification
  
  
  • Stock Transfer
  
  
  • Material and Vendor / Business Partner Master
  
  
  
  


• Work with FI and other functional teams on integration requirements.


• Prepare functional specifications for required developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.


• Support unit testing, integration testing and UAT.


• Support MM-related data migration and validation activities.


• Participate in cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.


• Resolve functional issues and coordinate with business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-8 years of SAP MM experience .


• Hands-on SAP MM configuration experience.


• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.


• Experience with purchasing and inventory management.


• Experience working with business users and cross-functional SAP teams.


• Good understanding of MM-FI integration.


• Experience in at least one SAP implementation / rollout project .


• Ability to independently handle assigned requirements through configuration and testing.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.


• Experience with SAP Fiori procurement applications.


• Exposure to WM / EWM, SD or PP integration.


• Experience with global / multi-country implementations.


• SAP MM certification.
