Responsibilities

• Assist in preclinical efficacy, safety pharmacology, and toxicity studies.
• Handle and monitor laboratory animals, primarily rats and mice.
• Support drug administration through different routes after appropriate training.
• Record clinical observations, body weight, food consumption, and treatment-related effects.
• Assist with blood and tissue collection, necropsy, organ weighing, and sample processing.
• Prepare dosing solutions, reagents, labels, and study materials.
• Maintain study records, raw data, protocols, SOPs, and ethical documentation.
• Assist in data analysis, literature reviews, and preparation of study reports.
• Ensure compliance with approved protocols, animal-welfare requirements, and laboratory procedures.

The role involves laboratory animal handling, in-vivo experiments, drug dosing, sample collection, observation recording, data analysis, and scientific documentation under the supervision of senior researchers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preclinical efficacy, safety pharmacology, and toxicity studies.
