Job summary

ENPOINTE in Maharashtra is seeking a detail‑oriented project coordinator to assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking daily activities across development, QA, UI/UX, and product teams.

You will monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; conduct follow-ups, prepare MoMs, progress reports, and project documentation; and participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to help keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking daily activities.
• Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Conduct follow-ups with team members and maintain project status trackers.
• Prepare meeting notes (MoM), progress reports, and project documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and review discussions.
• Identify delays, risks, and blockers and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain project dashboards, task boards, and reports using project management tools.
• Support client communication and internal stakeholder coordination as required.
• Assist in improving project workflows and operational processes.
