Aparna Kaushik Design Group is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Architect with strong AutoCAD skills to prepare high-quality architectural working drawings and construction documentation. Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage for candidates.

Mansioni

• Prepare high-quality architectural working drawings and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, joinery details, and other technical drawings as per project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and aligned with the overall design intent.
• Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Review and incorporate inputs from consultants and site teams into architectural drawings.
• Assist in resolving technical and detailing-related issues during project execution.
• Conduct site visits to understand site conditions and ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
• Maintain documentation, drawing revisions, and updated construction drawing sets throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum1 year of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution is mandatory. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, with the ability to independently prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings.
• Strong experience in preparing working drawings, construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
• Good understanding of construction materials, building systems, architectural detailing, and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of drawing quality and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects will be preferred.
