Job summary

Talentis Consultants Vapi is seeking an experienced production supervisor for corrugated packaging operations in Gujarat, India. The role focuses on supervising box production, checking Kraft paper, testing sheets and ensuring quality across printing, die-cut and finishing stages.

The candidate will monitor defects, downtime and productivity, maintain records, and coordinate production with QC and dispatch, while supporting planning and audits to improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-7 yrs corrugated packaging experience.
• Production + QC exposure.
• Knowledge of GSM, BF, ECT, BCT & bursting.
• Shop-floor & manpower handling.
• Excel/ERP knowledge.
