Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a skilled candidate for Visual Inspection operations in Hyderabad. The role involves monitoring DP/RH/temperature, operating and cleaning labeling, packaging, and quality inspection systems including AVI and X-RAY machines.

The candidate will perform in-process checks, maintain logs, and participate in SOP trainings and cGMP compliance. Bachelor’s degree is required; MSc is preferred. This is an on-site position in India.

Qualifications

• Master Degree (MS) M. Sc. - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules in the premises according to company norms.
• Monitor DP, RH and temperature area in their visual inspection.
• Operate and clean wrap around labeling machine, Autocartonator, Online check weigher, track and trace system, Bopp taping machine with weighing balance and PFS machines.
• Label and pack products as per BPR.
• Perform visual inspection of products/media filled vials or PFS per SOP.
• Operate and clean Automatic visual inspection and X-RAY inspection machines.
• Operate and clean visual inspection table and Lux meter.
• Perform in-process checks during operation.
• Complete SOPs training and On the job trainings related to visual inspection.
• Maintain cleaning in visual inspection area.
• Maintain BMRs and other log books in visual inspection and packing area per cGMP and SOP.
• Attend technical workshop/seminars to explore new techniques and technology at workplace

Essential Functions

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To follow the safety rules in the premises according to the company norms.
• Monitoring of DP, RH and temperature area in their visual inspection
• Responsible for Operation and Cleaning of Wrap around labeling machine, Autocartonator machine, Online check weigher, track and trace system, Bopp taping machine with weighing balance and PFS machines.
• Responsible for labeling and packing of products as per BPR.
• Responsible to perform visual inspection of the products /media filled vials or PFS as per the sop.
• Responsible for Operation and cleaning of Automatic visual inspection machine and X-RAY inspection machine.
• Operation and cleaning of visual inspection table and Operation of Lux meter.
• Responsible to perform the in process checks during operation.

Additional Responsibilities

• Timely completion of SOPs training and On the job trainings related to visual inspection
• Responsible for Maintenance of cleaning in visual inspection area.
• To maintain the BMRs and other log books in the visual inspection and packing area as per cGMP and SOP.
• Attend technical workshop /seminar and explore new technique and technology at workplace

Experience

• 4 years or more in 2-3 years
