WSAudiology is seeking a Junior Logistics Consultant (Analyst) to support Infor ERP operations globally. You will collaborate with IT and business users across regions to resolve incidents, analyze root causes, and document processes.

The role emphasizes cross-regional teamwork, configuration, testing, and deployment activities to meet governance and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Infor ERP, including Infor 10.7 logistics module (sales, service, purchase, warehousing).
• University degree in any field.
• Strong incident solving and understanding of business processes.
• Good communication and collaboration with global colleagues, vendors.
• Experience in interface integration is advantageous.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

We are looking for a collaborative team player to join our IT Manufacturing & Supply Chain team as a Junior Logistics Consultant (Analyst). You will support Infor ERP operations and projects globally, working mainly with IT colleagues and business users across regions.

What you will do

• Provide support for day-to-day global operations by investigating incidents and resolving system issues in Infor ERP

What you bring

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global colleagues, business users and vendors
• Experience in interface integration and technical work is advantageous
