• In-depth knowledge of GFC documentation standards, technical detailing, and joinery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, joinery, and millwork drawings.
• Ensure construction drawings align with design intent, site requirements, and codes.
• Collaborate with AGM Design and senior team to understand project goals and support technical execution.
• Coordinate with MEP and structural consultants to integrate services in drawings.
• Participate in review and redlining of drawings during internal and client reviews.
• Assist in material selection, specification, and presentation, aligning with design concept, budget, and availability.
• Stay informed on market trends, new materials, finishes, and technologies, suggesting innovative solutions.
• Interact with vendors and suppliers to gather technical data, samples, and quotations.
• Support in site coordination and respond to contractor queries related to drawings and materials.
• Maintain documentation logs and ensure timely updates of all design deliverables.
