Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning.
• Foundational knowledge in Architecture and understanding of building systems.
• Ability to create accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
• Competence in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and basic presentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and willingness to work on-site, visit project locations, and collaborate with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for interior projects.
• Assist with space planning, preparing construction and presentation drawings, and helping with FF&E selections and schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, visit sites for measurements and inspections, and update documentation as projects progress.

Role Description

The role involves coordinating with vendors, visiting sites for measurements and inspections, and updating documentation as projects progress. The Junior Interior Designer will also help prepare client presentations, mood boards, and material palettes, while maintaining organized project files and adhering to timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring daily collaboration with the design team and regular interaction with project stakeholders.
