Responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts and create layouts for residential, commercial and institutional projects.
• Prepare mood boards, presentations and documentation to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and vendors; conduct site visits as required.
• Assist with FF&E selections, finishes coordination and design libraries.
• Support senior designers to ensure project delivery meets quality standards.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role is based in Delhi, India. The Junior Interior Designer will support senior designers in developing interior concepts, preparing layouts, and assisting with space planning for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Daily tasks include creating and updating drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, preparing mood boards and presentations, and helping ensure that design intent is maintained through documentation. The role also involves collaborating with architects, consultants, and vendors, conducting site visits, and assisting with material and finish coordination. The Junior Interior Designer will contribute to project documentation, maintain design libraries, and support smooth execution of interior works.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, aesthetic layouts and concepts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to assist with technical documentation and coordinate with project teams.
• Candidates should possess skills related to FF&E to support selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, InDesign) is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with strong design portfolio and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
