Job summary

NC Medical College & Hospital in Panipat, Haryana seeks a Junior Full Stack Developer fluent in modern AI-assisted development and prompt engineering to build, ship, and secure features across our web stack. You will collaborate with the IT Manager and leverage AI copilots to move fast without compromising security.

This role emphasizes responsible coding, authentication and access control, containerization with Docker, cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure), and continuous learning of new AI workflows.

Qualifications

• Full stack fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Type Script, and experience with a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, or similar).
• Back-end basics: Node.js, Python, or similar; REST or Graph QL API design.
• Databases: Basic SQL and/or No SQL experience (Postgre SQL, MongoDB, etc.),Supabase.
• AI-assisted / "vibe coding" experience: Demonstrable comfort building real features using AI coding tools, including knowing when to trust, verify, or rewrite AI-generated code.
• Prompt engineering: Ability to write clear, structured prompts to get reliable output from LLMs, and understanding of basic prompting techniques (few-shot examples, chain-of-thought, system prompts).
• Security awareness: Understanding of authentication vs. authorization, common vulnerabilities (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF), and secure handling of credentials/secrets.
• Version control: Git and collaborative workflows (branching, PRs, code review).
• Problem-solving mindset: Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort asking for help or pushing back when something feels wrong.

Junior Full Stack Developer

Location: Panipat, Haryana Department: IT, Reports to: IT Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who is fluent in modern AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") and prompt engineering, and who can build, ship, and secure features across the stack. You'll work closely with IT Manager, using AI coding tools to move fast without cutting corners on security, infrastructure, or access control. This is a great role for someone who has taught themselves to build real products quickly using AI copilots, but who also understands why the code works not just that it does.

Responsibility

• Build and maintain features across the Full Stack of our web applications.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) effectively to accelerate development writing clear prompts, reviewing AI-generated code critically, and iterating quickly ("vibe coding" with discipline).
• Write and refine prompts for AI-powered features within our own product, where applicable.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and access control (e.g., role-based access control, JWT/session handling, OAuth).
• Follow secure coding practices: input validation, avoiding common vulnerabilities safe secrets management, and dependency hygiene.
• Collaborate on basic infrastructure tasks: deployments, environment configuration, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code.
• Debug issues across the stack and work with the team to triage and resolve production incidents.
• Continuously learn and adopt new AI-assisted development workflows and tools.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, basic Kubernetes concepts).
• Understanding of identity/access management concepts (SSO, RBAC, least-privilege principles).
• Basic knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, Cloud Watch).
• Personal projects, GitHub portfolio, or side projects built substantially with AI tools.
• A junior developer who treats AI tools as a force multiplier, not a crutch — someone who understands the code they ship, even when an AI helped write it.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science/web development, even if self-taught.
• A security-first mindset, even at the junior level — asking "should this be exposed?" and "who can access this?" by default.
• Good communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications/ Experience

• 1–3 years of professional experience (internships, bootcamp projects, and strong personal/open-source projects count, optimal token uses, vibe coding).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating full stack projects (AI-assisted projects welcome and encouraged).
