Job summary

Genxlead is seeking a designer to develop repeat prints for lingerie and nightwear, researching fashion trends and creating seasonal mood boards. You will adapt artwork for production, coordinate with vendors and support new product development.

Strong Illustrator/Photoshop skills are required, with ability to manage multiple designs and ensure production-friendly outcomes. Strong communication, attention to detail and a creative mindset are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop repeat prints, motifs, placement prints & colourways for lingerie and nightwear.
• Research and analyse fashion, lingerie, print & colour trends.
• Create seasonal mood boards, trend boards & print directions.
• Adapt artwork based on garment construction, scale, placement & production requirements.
• Support bra, panty & lingerie collection development.
• Coordinate lab dips & print strike-offs, including colour matching and approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors for artwork execution, sampling & corrections.
• Maintain print libraries, artwork files, colour references & development trackers.
• Support the Senior Designer in new product development & design execution.
• Ensure designs are trend-relevant, commercially viable & production-friendly.
