Job summary

Drywall Solutions in Chennai, India seeks a Quantity Surveying Estimator to prepare estimates for cold-formed metal framing, drywall, insulation and acoustical ceilings from blueprints and specs.

You will train on Winbid, OST, Bluebeam, Planswift and Procore, participate in pre-bid and post-job reviews, and contribute to bid accuracy. BE Civil or related field preferred; opportunities for growth and salary hike.

Qualifications

• BE Civil or related field is required.
• Willingness to learn and use estimation software.
• Experience in quantity surveying is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specs, and contract requirements to prepare comprehensive estimates for cold-formed metal framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings.
• Training & ready to learn new software to do take-offs on materials and labor for projects based on plans and specifications.
