Wilson Composites India LLP, a designer and manufacturer of FRP/GFRC products for commercial construction, seeks a Junior Estimation Engineer to support the Estimation Manager.

The role provides hands-on training in drawing markup, quantity take-offs, pricing, Excel sheets, and vendor coordination, with exposure to international project workflows and AutoCAD/Bluebeam/Salesforce use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture (required).
• 0–3 years of experience in estimation, drafting, or related construction/manufacturing roles. Fresh graduates with internship/project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365. Familiarity with Bluebeam PDF Revu (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Estimating / Pricing: Assist in takeoffs of GFRC, FRP, and architectural items; prepare draft scope of work and pricing sheets in Excel.
• CAD Drawings: Provide drafting support in AutoCAD for project details.
• Bid & Lead Management: Help review ITB emails and maintain bid lists; support project creation in Salesforce and MS Teams.
• Sales & Operations Support: Assist Salesforce data entry and reporting; support estimation and operations teams.

Job Description for the Position Jr. Estimation Engineer

The company delivers high-quality engineered solutions for complex architectural projects and collaborates with international clients including U.S.-based project teams.

Job Summary

The Junior Estimation Engineer will support the Estimation Manager. This role is designed for candidates starting their career in estimation, offering hands‑on training in drawing markup, quantity take-offs, pricing support. The Junior Estimation Engineer will also assist with general operations and gain exposure to international project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimating / Pricing (40%): Assist in taking off quantities of GFRC, FRP, and architectural items from drawings. Support markup, measurement, and labelling of materials using Bluebeam software under guidance. Prepare draft scope of work and pricing sheets in Excel for review by senior engineers. Coordinate with vendors to collect pricing information for special project conditions.
• CAD Drawings (20%): Provide drafting support for project‑specific details in AutoCAD. Assist marketing and sales teams with product development drawings.
• Bid & Lead Management (15%): Help review Invitation-to-Bid (ITB) emails and maintain bid lists. Support project creation in Salesforce and MS Teams.
• Sales & Operations Support (25%): Assist US and India teams with Salesforce data entry and reporting. Provide general support to estimation and operations teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture (required).

Salary

₹3,60,000 – ₹5,50,000 per year (depending on experience).
