Job summary
Falcronix Technology is seeking enthusiastic female candidates (Freshers and Experienced) to join our Digital Publishing team, with a focus on EPUB Development, Accessibility (A11y), and Digital Publishing. Candidates with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and a willingness to learn industry-standard publishing workflows are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and validate EPUB files.
- Perform content conversion from PDF and other source formats to EPUB.
- Apply HTML and CSS styling to digital publications.
- Ensure EPUB files meet quality and accessibility standards.
- Perform quality checks and resolve formatting issues.
- Work with publishing tools and accessibility validation workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time.
Required Candidate Profile
- Female candidates (Freshers and Experienced).
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), B.Com (Computer Applications), BE/B.Tech, or related disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn EPUB, Digital Publishing, and Accessibility standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
