Plan, manage and monitor Inbound logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics service providers, transportation companies and customers drive OTD. Ensure timely PO release and Freight bill verification and resolve the issues by coordinating with forwarders/ transporter and CFT. Coordinate custom document amendments and develop robust action plan to avoid recurrence of issues in future forwarders/transporters. Ensure timely recovery of claims, penalties from Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports customer issues Approve BOE filing checklist and follow up for custom clearance of shipment Ensure timely recovery of claims, penalties from forwarders/transporters.
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering 1-3 years of relevant experience in Transportation management and international logistics preferred from Manufacturing/ automobile/ aerospace industry Ability to effectively liaise with logistics service providers, external and internal customer. Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities.
Experience in Transportation management and international logistics.
