Job summary

Flex is looking for a Junior Engineer – Industrial Engineering to join our Sriperumbudur manufacturing team. You will support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth in a respectful, inclusive environment.

The role involves layout design for new products, line setup, manpower mapping, production standards, cycle time optimization, productivity improvements and space re-layout to reduce lead times.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Typically requires 4+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Team worker with effective understanding of group behavior.
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Ability to lead shift operations.
