Job summary

ENERCON GmbH in India is seeking a QA/Inspection professional to perform in-process inspections, adhere to QAPs, and verify product conformity. The role requires meticulous documentation and strict adherence to safety procedures.

You will record deviations, conduct supplier inspections, and maintain department documents while following established procedures and audits. This position emphasizes quality, safety, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections and approvals per QAPs, work instructions, checklists, acceptance criteria, and repair procedures.
• Systematically follow defined systems, procedures, protocol, and work instructions for process and product compliance.
• Record errors and deviations in Nonconformity notes.
• Ensure PPE usage as defined for operations is followed rigorously.
• Conduct supplier end inspections and approve parts/components.
• Maintain and update department documents per revisions/updates in procedures.
• Conduct process audits and verify adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.

Job description

• Conduct in-process inspections and approvals in accordance with approved Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), work instructions, checklists, acceptance criteria, and repair procedures.
• Systematically follow defined systems & procedures, protocol, Work instructions, check lists for process & product compliances.
• Systematic recording of errors deviations in process and product in Nonconformity notes.
• Follow use of PPE’s defined for a particular operation religiously without any compromise.
• Supplier end inspection and approval of parts/components.
• Maintain and update documents of the department in line with revisions/updates in process/documents.
• Conduct process audits and verify adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.

Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or related engineering discipline.
