Job summary

Flex in Pune is seeking a Junior Engineer - Engineering Change Management to support ECOs, BOM maintenance, and change coordination. The role requires 0–2 years in manufacturing, preferably EMS, with BE in Electronics/EEE/Electronics and strong MS Office/MS Outlook skills.

Night shifts may be required. You will interact with program management, engineering, manufacturing, and materials to ensure changes are properly documented and traceable, maintaining data accuracy and compliance with document

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in EMS.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication / EEE / Electronics required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook; good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and finalize engineering change orders (ECOs) and update systems.
• Maintain files for BOMs, parts drawings, ECOs, process alerts, and other documents.
• Coordinate ECO status with customers and implement cost changes and dates.
• Ensure compliance with document control policies and procedures.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Junior Engineer - Engineering Change Management located in Pune.

What a typical day looks like

• Creates, implements and finalizes engineering change orders (ECO's) and makes system changes.
• Performs file maintenance of BOM's, parts drawings, ECO's, process alerts and other customer documents.
• Coordinates ECO status with customer and implements cost changes and effective dates.
• Ensures projects are in compliance with document control policies and procedures.
• Ensures data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs, reports and distribution.
• Manages and tracks product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements.
• Responsible for interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Minimum 0- 2 years of experience as a in a Manufacturing set up, preferably in EMS industry
• B.E Electronics and Communication Engineering / EEE / Electronics
• Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
• Sound Knowledge on technical subject.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Very Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Good Attitude
• Ready to work in night shifts.
