Flextronics - The Flex Company in Pune is seeking a Junior Engineer for Engineering Change Management. You will support ECO creation, system changes, BOM maintenance, and documentation control within a manufacturing environment.

The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure changes are accurately recorded. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in manufacturing (EMS preferred), a BE in Electronics/EEE/Electronics, and strong MS Office skills with good communication

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably EMS.
• BE Electronics & Communication Engineering / EEE / Electronics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Engineer – Engineering Change Management located in Pune.

What a typical day looks like :

• Creates, implements and finalizes engineering change orders (ECO's) and makes system changes.
• Performs file maintenance of BOM’s, parts drawings, ECO’s, process alerts and other customer documents.
• Coordinates ECO status with customer and implements cost changes and effective dates.
• Ensures projects are in compliance with document control policies and procedures.
• Ensures data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs, reports and distribution.
• Manages and tracks product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements.
• Responsible for interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Minimum 0- 2 years of experience as a in a Manufacturing set up, preferably in EMS industry B.E Electronics and Communication Engineering / EEE / Electronics
• Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
• Sound Knowledge on technical subject.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Very Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Good Attitude
• Ready to work in night shifts.
