Job summary

Property solutions India Pvt ltd is seeking a Junior Engineer / Engineer for Walajabad, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on industrial spray painting and coating processes, including airless, conventional, and HVLP systems, with attention to surface preparation, paint mixing, and DFT inspection.

The candidate should understand Sa 2/Sa 3 standards and possess basic engineering drawing skills, along with experience in epoxy primers, intermediates, and PU top coats.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of industrial spray painting and coating processes.
• Knowledge of airless spray, conventional spray, and HVLP spray systems.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and industrial coating systems.
• Understanding of paint mixing ratios, viscosity, pot life, and application parameters.
• Knowledge of DFT measurement and coating inspection.
• Familiarity with Sa 2 / Sa 3 surface preparation standards is preferred.
• Knowledge of paint defect identification and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and customer paint specifications.
• Knowledge of industrial paints such as epoxy primer, epoxy intermediate, PU/polyurethane top coat, etc.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and production/quality documentation.
