Job summary

• Support branding and brand communication for consistency across platforms.
• Update website content: product info, images, banners, blogs.
• Assist SEO, digital campaigns and lead generation.
• Monitor ORM through reviews, mentions and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content on products, campaigns, industry.
• Track and report marketing performance: reach, engagement, traffic, leads.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support Spectra’s digital presence, branding, content creation and online communication. The role will be responsible for managing social media, website content, digital creatives, branding initiatives, ORM and other digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Spectra’s social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain a digital content calendar aligned with business and branding objectives.
• Create engaging content and creatives for social media, website, campaigns, events and other marketing initiatives.
• Design professional and brand-aligned creatives using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Support branding and brand communication, ensuring consistency across digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Manage and update website content, including product information, images, banners, blogs and other relevant content.
• Support basic SEO, digital campaigns and lead-generation activities.
• Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring online reviews, comments, mentions and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop product, company, industry and campaign-related content.
• Track and report digital marketing performance, including reach, engagement, website traffic and leads.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer insights, competitor activities and opportunities for digital growth.

Qualification & Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Branding, Content Marketing or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
