Ideal candidates are proficient in SQL, data modelling, and comfortable with hybrid workflows across Indian and US time zones. Degrees don’t matter; eagerness and experience with data are valued.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Looker Studio, or Domo).
• Not open to freshers. Internship path exists for non-profile candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source data from multiple platforms and ensure accuracy, completeness, and structure for analysis.
• Perform complex SQL queries across databases and apply statistical techniques to extract insights.
• Create clear dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase.
• Translate business questions into data queries and provide actionable insights for decision making.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

We use a modern data stack to build custom data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical solutions, including tools such as dbt, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Metabase, and more. We are a fully remote company!

We are hiring a Data Analyst who can start immediately. The candidate should be proficient in writing advanced SQL queries, conducting in-depth data analysis, and have some business domain knowledge. Degrees don't matter to us; eagerness to work does!

Core Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Source data from multiple platforms and ensure it is accurate, complete, and structured for analysis.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform complex SQL queries across databases and use statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights.
• Data Visualisation: Develop clear and informative dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Business Insight Generation: Translate business problems into data queries and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
• Reporting and Communication: Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be currently based in India.
• Able to join within a week.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid Indian and US time zone schedule.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modelling, and familiarity with at least one BI tool like Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, or Domo, are perfect to have.
• Knowledge of statistics and KPIs is an added advantage.
• Should be able to clear 2-3 rounds of interviews.
• He/she should not be a data science, machine learning, or AI spoonfeeder aspirant.
• This role is not open to freshers. If you have no prior experience, please refer to our internship program instead, which does not involve SQL-based assignments.
• We don't love reading CVs, as they are partially true.
• We don't want AI letters.
