Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Pune is seeking a procurement systems specialist to support ERP and reporting activities. You will handle EDI/ASN problems, maintain data in procurement systems, and assist with consignment reporting for business partners and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3–7 years of experience.

  • Proficient with data access tools and MS Office; reporting
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

  • Provide procurement system and reporting support for K-C North America; resolve questions from business partners.
  • Support EDI/ASN errors and issues to ensure seamless flow from vendors to Kimberly-Clark and partners.
  • Create entries in system tables to support procurement requirements and ordering processes.
  • Support consignment processes and reporting; provide first-level Taulia user support.

  • Provide procurement system and reporting business support for K-C North America. Monitor and resolve questions and requests from business partners in the procurement user support mailboxes per established service level agreements. Ownership for consignment processes. Prefeed Qualifications
  • Monitor and resolve questions and requests from business partners in the procurement user support mailboxes per established service level agreements.
  • Provide daily support for EDI Electronic Data Interchange and ASN Advance Shipping Notice errors and issues to ensure seamless flow from vendors, suppliers to Kimberly-Clark and its business partners.
  • Create entries in system tables to support procurement requirements and ordering processes.
  • Support consignment processes and reporting.
  • Provide first level support for Taulia procurement system for user questions and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate system issues to technical support team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage system and tool security access based on role definitions.
  • Generate, monitor, and report out key performance indicators and scorecards to reveal issues and highlight system enhancement opportunities. Include actions taken to address red conditions.
  • Establish continuous improvement targets and apply LEAN problem-solving techniques to improve system and process efficiencies and First Time Quality. Develop and maintain standard work documents for EDI, ASN, and other procurement transactions. Utilize other LEAN principles as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with at least 3 to 7 years of experience.
  • Understanding of and experience with procurement systems and processes and SAP. Strong systems aptitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize tools and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and various reporting tools.
  • Experience in EDI and ASN transactions.
  • Experience with a broad mix of technologies, IT infrastructure and order processing.
  • Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Reporting Tools.
  • Results and strategy oriented, strong oral and written communication, analytical, trouble shooting, change management, project and risk management and building relationships.
  • Attention to detail and responsiveness to quickly resolve issues is a must.
