What You’ll Do

• Write copy for social media across formats including static posts, reels, carousels, stories, community posts, and campaigns
• Translate brand strategy into platform-native communication
• Develop captions, hooks, scripts, content concepts, and campaign lines
• Work closely with design, strategy, and account teams to shape content calendars and campaigns
• Maintain distinct brand voices across multiple categories and audiences
• Respond quickly to trends, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities
• Support larger campaign ideation with naming, messaging, and copy exploration
• Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and communication quality across all outputs
• Research and ideate for pitches for new brands and accounts

Core Interests / What We’re Looking For

Someone who has a keen interest and understanding of fashion and lifestyle. Not just the world it is connected to but also the language and modes of marketing and content creation in this space. And of course the hustle that comes with it.

Functional

• 2-3 years of experience in social media writing, content writing, advertising, or digital agencies
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and short-form content ecosystems
• Ability to write in multiple tones from minimal and premium to conversational and culture-led
• Strong grasp of internet culture, audience behaviour, and platform trends
• Experience writing for lifestyle, retail, corporate, wellness, youth, or culture-focused brands is a plus
• Ability to think conceptually, not just execute captions
• Strong attention to detail and turnaround speed
