Job summary

Oasis Fertility in Kolkata invites a Junior Consultant - Fertility to support clinical and operational aspects of fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and related procedures. You will conduct patient consultations, help in treatment planning under supervision, monitor cycles, and maintain patient records to ensure high standards of care.

The role requires MBBS with MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology, plus training in reproductive medicine.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Fellowship / Training in Reproductive Medicine (preferred).
• 0-3 years of experience in fertility/IVF setup.
• Freshers with relevant training may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient consultations, including medical history review and basic fertility assessment.
• Assist in planning and execution of fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, ICSI, and ovulation induction.
• Monitor patients through ultrasound scans and hormone assessments.
• Support procedures like oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and IUI under supervision.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Provide counseling and guidance to patients regarding treatment options and protocols.
• Coordinate with embryology, nursing staff, and lab teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in reproductive medicine.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and training programs.
• Assist in research activities and data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient consultations, including medical history review and basic fertility assessment
• Assist in planning and execution of fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, ICSI, and ovulation induction
• Monitor patients through ultrasound scans and hormone assessments
• Support procedures like oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and IUI under supervision

• Ensure compassionate and ethical patient interaction
• Address patient queries and concerns throughout the treatment journey

Operational Responsibilities:

Academic & Research:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in reproductive medicine
