Job summary

PKC Management Consulting in Chennai, India, is seeking a backend engineer to develop and maintain scalable services using Python and FastAPI, and to build AI agent workflows with LangGraph and LangChain.

You will integrate LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and AWS Bedrock, work with PostgreSQL and Weaviate, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments. Freshers with strong projects and 2 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and FastAPI development.
• Experience building AI agent/workflow microservices.
• Hands-on with LangGraph/LangChain and LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and vector databases (Weaviate).
• Experience with Docker, AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Build and enhance AI agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Integrate LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock, Groq, and Ollama.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Supabase, and Weaviate (Vector Database).
• Create evaluation frameworks, test cases, and performance metrics.
• Debug, optimize, and improve backend services.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior engineers.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code.
